Once again i went to Global Indian Shopping Festival 2008....today is the opening for the GISF 2008...hmmmm not much of people...coz its first day rite....thats why...but the clothes all kinda seems nice...but ehhhmmm...just its first day...so a bit expensive....well..i saw some few Vanavil Host...Denes...Aruna...and Vasanth....well...i'l be goin back again there...since its 10 days...so all the clothes and the accessories will be cheaper....hehehe....ok see you guys...in the next update of GISF 2008... i let some few pictures of GISF...

What brings you to the best place for the best coffee???? Which cafe gives the best coffee to satisfy you taste??? Well when comes about coffee I would rather go to Old Town White Coffee for the best White Coffee in town....well its just in front of my university...for the first time i have try the White Coffee in Old Town...wow gives you the satisfying taste that you wanted for so long...not only coffee gives the satisfying...but also the meal... well i have taste the Golden Sausage Parata in Old Town...wow its delicious....hmmmmm....feel want to eat again...there are some tasty foods there...which my friends ate...that will be the Polo Bun...Garlic Toast Bread....hmmmits delicious...they even drank White Tea...its gives your mind peace....well its was a wonderful experience but it wont be the best like the other coffee shop in the town...try Old Town Coffee shop....it gives you the satisfy that you want....

Well, let's put it this way; people have believed that since the 18th century. Eating chocolate certainly is a pleasant experience. And some people say if you believe it's true. We can only say: You have to decide that one on your own.

Again, studies have reported no evidence for this at all.



Chocolate is addictive!
Now here's where we must answer the question very carefully and truthfully. After all, everyone knows you can't eat just one M & M!! Chocolate (the cacao) does contain "stimulants": theobromine & caffeine. Theobromine is a mild stimulant that occurs naturally in many plants, including cocoa, tea and coffee. Theobromine is similar to caffeine except it stimulates the nervous system about 10 times less. And caffeine, as many coffee drinkers will attest know, is mildly addictive.

Researchers have reported that cacao consumption stimulates a mild "marijuana like" effect. It is however a harmless euphoria and does in fact help to reduce stress. The amount of caffeine in an ounce of milk chocolate is about the same as that found in a cup of decaffeinated coffee. You would have to eat more than a dozen Hershey bars, for example, to get the amount of caffeine in one cup of coffee. (You know, that's not such a bad idea, is it?)

Here's a statistics for you: According to Pat Kendall, PhD, a Food Science and Nutrition Specialist at Colorado State University Chocolate is the most commonly craved food in North America - 40% of American women and 15% of American men are "chocoholics" (reported on 5/3/2000).

Yes, all the fans of Kamal have a reason to rejoice. The much awaited magnum opus of Padmashri Kamal Hassan will be release worldwide on June 6th. The film is slated to be released initially in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Producer Oscar Ravichandran is now busy with the promotional videos of the movie which is to be played out at the last leg of the IPL matches in Chepauk. As with the producer’s prior film releases, Ravichandran will feed 1,000 poor children on the occasion.

Oscar Films is getting a 1,000 prints ready for the first run. As the demand increase from theatres, they will make more prints.

Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikaalam starts rolling.....

Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikaalam is the next movie directed by Gautham Menon. It stars Trisha Krishnan and four male debutants in the lead roles. The four new guys are Gautham’s assistant Veera, Shaam (SS music veejay?) Sathish (a dancer who did that small role in Unnale Unnale), and Karthik (Actress Sridevi’s nephew and brother of actress Maheswari).
